Infinity Warranty Paperwork

I recently purchased an Infinity system with the 5 star warranty. I also got an Infinity zoning system which I paid for an upgraded 10 yr. P&L on the zoning components.

Should I have recieved some paperwork for these warantees? I got nothing from my contractor except a survey to fill out and send to Carrier.

Yes. You should receive a copy of your warranty from Carrier.

You should have recieved the standard warranty at install,the extended can take 4 to 8 weeks for your distributor to process and mail to you.

Thanks! I asked my contractor about it today and he is bringing me a copy of the 5 star warranty and he also said that the extended warranty will come from Carrier in the mail.
