Wow..............thats some low superheat. The rear bearing was surely taking a beating.

wow i never seen that before. that thing must have been running non sop for some time, what was the issue?

Defrost failure. You should have seen the low-profile type unit cooler in the freezer.

That is amazing. I haven't seen ice that far back thru the motor. I've ran a ton of ice on compressor calls but good grief.
