NCM Update Utility

Hello all !

Does anyone have NCM Update Utility for Johnson Controls's NCM4510-2?

My FMS can't download/upload NCM, which's "Run" led flashes, but MS Windows pings it okay. I'm afraid it needs to reset to defaults... ((

Thanks. But I've already checked jc's manuals inside out. The problem is in Update Utility. Can't find it on OWS and license media.

Could just find an NCM on EBAY, of course I'm assuming you have PMI.
