Cant open attachments, edit my profile, etc

This is the first time i have really accessed the site since i was activated. It seems that i dont have permissions to open attachments or edit my profile which seems odd. i was wondering if someone could help me

Due to the spam attack I had to change some settings to prevent hacking.

After 7 posts your group setting will change and will have permissions then. If needed you can post in the test forum
