    FINALLY, Brian speaks the TRUTH.

This whole argument is about the perceptions of fools and idiots, not about truth, logic and facts.

So in that same mind set, A Hyabusa motorcycle, right out of the crate will do 172mph. At 16 YOA and with a learners permit, you can buy one and drive it off the lot with ZERO training. Would you not consider the Hyabusa a race bike?

correct, Hitler came up with the term.

There is another complaint about NY "SAFE ACT", what about handicapped people who need a pistol grip to operate the firearm?

and please don't say "If they're handicapped they shouldn't be using a firearm"

Well I know that weapons with pistol grips don't kick as bad, therefore saving the shoulders, and with shotguns with pistol grips pumping the gun is a lot easier, allowing for rapid fire.

    More media crap.

I've got a shotgun that I've replaced the rear stock with a pistol grip stock.

It doesn't reduce actual recoil, in fact, it increases it.

Recoil is governed by physics. Momentum and inertia. By replacing that stock, I reduced the overall weight of the gun. This INCREASED the overall recoil of the gun.

Did you fire it with two different stocks on it?

    The EXACT same weapon?

I could conceivably see a front pistol grip reducing muzzle rise, IF constant rear and downward force is applied to it during firing.

NOTHING is going to reduce recoil except for increasing the mass of the weapon.

    No I didn't, good point.

It was a short barrel light weight 12 gauge semi auto with front and rear grips.

    Exactly.

Almost NOBODY is thinking logically about any of this stuff.

Rather, people are drawing their opinions from what the TV tells them.
