I think there were about a half dozen explanations from the white house on that banner..... which says something in itself.

Also... and you guys can google this if you want.....Im in a hurry right now...... but didnt Rummy say, after Bush was out of office, that he actually edited and cleaned up the Bush speech given that day and he removed any references to "mission accomplished" from the speech....
