    Techs,

    On a York centrifugal, there is a vent line solenoid. Ed-u-ma-cate me here. I believe there is a delay at start up in opening this valve. Is the time field selectable and it appears that you guys have these on your High pressure machines as well as your low pressure machines. Is this a special solenoid (i.e. normally open, powered closed?) Thanks.

    Are you talking about the balance valve? If so, it has a 5 minute delay after compressor start up. The valve on our YT is NC.
