The head drain and the bin drain. Usually one of the first things I have to do on new accounts. If you don't and they have auto clean the cleaner and removed scale end up in the bin.

There is also a drain for the head on the I series, different from the pump out drain. There is a service communicator on it. So the heads have two different drains. The I series are a completely different beast from the S. The mechanics are the same but the machine has soo much more technology. I feel that they blow the Prodigy out of the water on this one.

Yeah, but with all the technology, they still can't get them to run worth a d*mn. I just had another service call this week with an ice thickness probe popsickle going onThere is also a drain for the head on the I series, different from the pump out drain.
