Need help to locate a test for applicants
I am working as an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor in Tomball,Tx and trying to find a test that I could give to new applicants for a maintenance tech position. I have taken them before and probably can make up one but not much of a typist. If anyone knows where I could locate one I would appreciate it. Oh and if anyone is looking for a job and has experience in apt maint let me know. 15 ph plus apt discount. a/c certified

I dont know about general apartment maintenance but I have one written up for HVAC service/install. I could easily put one together for you if you were to let me know what general areas to cover in the document.

Anything you have in the way of a service type of test would be great.

As a Maintenance Supervisor you probably already have an idea what you want in a maintenance tech. Put together some common questions related to your specific needs. More importantly do a few hands-on situations to see if they can think on their feet. You can usually tell if they have what your looking for.
