    Just joined and saying 'Hi'

    Hi! I'm a new-ish homeowner with a bunch of stuff to learn about the bits and bobs that (are supposed to) make my house comfortable.
    I'm hoping to get some guidance / advice / been-there, done-that type assistance.
    Looking forward to getting help on a 'sticky blower' issue.
