    I cannot believe it's legal to provide a NEW house in WV with straight A/C and only strips for heating.

    Residential Code: State Building Code is based on 2006 IRC.
    Applicable to 1-and 2-family dwellings except stairway design and construction reverts back to 1992 OTFDC.

    Res. Energy Code: State Building Code is based on 2006 IECC. Mandatory statewide.
