hi to all,
Great site you guys and gals have going here. I recently purchased a cold storage facility that has been out of operation about 20 years or so. It is a 9000 sqare foot building with 3 floors (about 3000 sq/ft a piece) In the middle floor there is a freezer/cooler of some sort (see picture). It is in excellent condition. Hardly any rust and looks to be well preserved.
It was made by Frigid Coil. I did some research and frigid coil is now part of Frick. However, No one could tell me much on this equipment. Mainly because i talked to no one. I was just re-directed to the next person over and over again. Has anyone had any experience with this Or know what equipment this is? There was some info on the name plate but have lost all info at this time except model number which I had written down.
Model number: RALT-G-9000P.
Thanks guys in advanced for any help you can give me.

looks like an ammonia evap coil for deep freeze use.
because of those steel looking tubes bends on the end of the coil. it could be a medium temp(refridgerator) cooler, again most likely ammonia freon. if its still piped up, do not cut into the system as it can hold enough ammonia to fllood the room and death is very quick.
