Help with T7350 thermostat
.Hello,
I have recently installed a used Honeywell t7350 thermostat in one area of our building. I want to make some changes in the program which requires me to get into the software. I have downloaded Tstat into my laptop and purchased a usb to rg46 cable to connect. The problem is that the program in the laptop says there is no connection to the thermostat. Does anyone have any idea why I would not be able to talk to this thermostat. Thankyou.

are you using "TStatSpec™ Configuration Software"?
It`s better to be silent and thought the fool; than speak and remove all doubt.

I tried using the connect icon and it still says usb-tim not connected. I'm suspecting my cable is defective.

yes it does . the cable you need will have a usb connector on each end then there is a black box with a usb port on it and cable attached about 3 inches long with connector that plugs into stat. if you have not down loaded the options sheet /progamming menu you need to do that too
