    temp mizer hv-52h troubleshooting

    Hello,

I have a temp mizer hv-52h hvac system in my house that is attached to my water heater. The issue is this, when the temp drops below the set level on the thermostat, the system doesn't start up. This on the auto setting on the thermostat. When I put fan on, it does turn on but no hot air is being pushed out, it's cold air. My hot water heater works for showers and doing dishes and getting normal flashes from the indicator light. I can hear the thermostat try to turn on the system but nothing happens.

Can anyone share any insight into this? Motor issue (but it does turn on when put to fan on front fan auto) system does run. Thermostat issue? (honeywell thermostat, digital touch display). Condo was built in 2006, had the system from 2009 when I bought the condo. Never had any issues with the hvac system but had issues with the water tank

Any help would be greatly appreciated
