Trane Summit problem
Hi, I'm new to this site but hoping you or someone you know can help me. I got Tracer Summit version 17 from ebay as I could not get $$$$.00 to pay for Trane to come. I can't get the BCU to acknowledge the ethernet hookup. Can you tell me how to get the BCU to acknowledge my laptop running Windows 7 Pro? The BCU is a BMTX from 2007. I erased the program database by accident and need to reprogram it again. thanks for your help.
