Come service in Indy
Residential, do a touch of light commercial. Need a superb, experienced tech to join the family. Low turnover, good pay, insurance, uniforms, tool allowance, 401k, bonuses and profit sharing. And you get to work with the Loonie. So if that sounds exciting, let me know!

Yea, at one point I did have a nice head of hair. It went fast and early!
We've been shy on help for a couple years. Got 1 experienced tech working 4 day weeks which doesn't help and he's been talking about retirement for a while.

Your techs make enough to eventually retire?? Well, right there is a good "job" selling point!

We had 1 guy retired after 37 years. Guess that's how long it takes to save up
Seems to be hard to find GOOD help here for some reason. We can't be too bad of a place to work, turnover among techs is amazingly low. Except a certain brilliant one who left for greener & "larger" pastures.
