Hey everyone,
I just installed a honeywell prestige IAQ system kit in my new house. I got the kit as a give away at one of the parts house. It installed easily but I'm now having a problem that is not addressed in the manual. When I put the system into heat mode the stats says unit is heating. The interface module heating light is lit but it is in red instead of green. The interface module is not sending power from the y terminal to the furnace. I'm wondering if I have something programmed wrong?? Has anyone experienced this before?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
