    gotta back up?

    ha i was doing a PM on a gas furnace and i was inspecting the heat exchanger and found it cracked. so i told the customer and she says, no worries i got another furnace sitting here in the closet...took me by surprise. any of you have that happen? j/w

    I've had some customers with individual spare parts.

    Last winter one had the ignition module go out on his furnace. He pulled another off shelf and asked if I would install his.
