If I can't ask the question here, do you have any thoughts on how I can get some idea of a ballpark price to do this?
I could ask 4 contractors to come out and give me a quote, but that is unfair to them because 3 of them won't get the job.

Unfair is getting a price idea over the internet, and then telling your HVAC contractor that it should only cost what the guy/guys on the internet said, when he tells you it will cost X more.

You wish to get rid of the moisture, Open the window.

The idea is to get rid of the high humidity, and keep the temp up. Opening the window lowers the temp.
