Guess the problem
Had to drive an hour one way to this gem, spot the problem besides the ignitor rig job. Lp gas.

should be a negative gas pressure I believe, I've had a lot of issues with dirt with those heaters, had a pair next to a commercial clothes drier and would always takeout the igniters

Out of gas? That said I have no idea what you are working on. Negative gas pressure? Huh?
I like your manometer though. I have a similar one. :grin:

Bingo, drive an hour to BFE, won't fire, go out the the 1000 lb tank and empty lol, luckily she was a milf. It's a munchkin boiler.
