Hi there, Brief introduction time? Im a somewhat new HVAC tech who has transferred from installing other building systems into the hvac area though the same company. (After a 9 year career in a completely unrelated industry that was mostly mechanical) So far, really enjoying it. Have had good experience so far on quite a few systems such as trend, Johnson and some Honeywell.
In spare time I am studying to gain my electrical certification and also some mechanical refrigeration papers. This last part is to try and be a lot more in touch with exactly what is being controlled!
Have spent a lot of time with the install phases, and seeing the elements of the systems and how they are supposed to all play together. Future plans are to simply try and grow knowledge and get to know the controllers themselves a bit better, and see where that goes.

Hope to get to know a few other people in this challenging field, great forum so far.
