Delta 3.40 signal and source missing???
I am running Delta 3.40 on a vav system with radiant hot water heating along the perimeter. When I open up the VAV graphic and click on the rad graphic and open it up, in the tab I am getting "no signal" and "no source" in the tab. I can control the actuator by going from auto to manual but can not get the valve to open and close based on the space temp. Any thoughts would be highly appreciated.

Sounds like there isn't a program controlling that output. Or the program isn't being called for by the Master Program

First of all do you have programming access through Orcaview or Orcaweb? If not... Call someone who does.

Have you tired to contact the contractor who installed your Delta system for support?

No, Kimco Controls in Kelowna is my local Delta vendor. I could contact DDC support but I would like to try and sort this out myself. Thanks
