I've noticed that Trane likes to have a gobbly-goo of wires in their condensers, we just have to deal with it! An yes if you cut the wire ties off, it only takes 3 minutes to put a few new ones on!

They didn't want to get the touch out to change the drier.

Anybody else hate wire ties with flying ends, I lose sleep if I forget to trim them off.

ditto on filter dryer and not wanting to drag out torches. Hopefully it wasnt a burn out. I have a touch of ocd when it comes to trimming wire ties also, but in a bundle that big got to be carefull not to nip a good wire in the process.

If they didn't want to drag out the torches, they could have cut that dryer out and put in a flare dryer

I can't justify in my mind any reason the drier wasn't changed. I like to relocate drier outside the condenser so next time unit can be pumped down to change it.

Was always curious with those orange Trane herm compressors. Are they reciprocating?
