Fellow worker fell to his death
I don't have all the details but at my full time job...Corpus Christi Army Depot, our electricians brother who works for the facilities maintenance contractor, fell thorough a sky light this morning and didn't make it...this accident is to close to home....

Unofficial reports say he tripped and when catching balance stripped through a fiberglass skylight...on a metal roof...7 osha violations were written

We have those fiberglass skylites on our shop about 40' up. They have deteriorated. We had roofers up there awhile back and I could see the guys shadow above the skylight scared me to know he didn"t realize he was standing on the brink. The next roofer up there will be removing them.
Never argue with a crazy man.
