Refco digimon guages
My boss bought the green refco digimon digital guages. They are pretty cheap and sitting brand new behind the seat of the truck I drive. The hoses it came with are trash for sure. I'm curious if they are even worth using with a nice set of hoses. Boss man says if I open it up and use them I own it pretty much. Any suggestions? Or should I get them off my truck asap

Just mt opinion give them back. I bought them a few years back and had to return for warranty 3 times they are now just setting in my storage broken. I don't even think any of the major supply houses here carry them any more.

I'm on the edge about digital anyways, it just shows numbers, and when it counts could be the time it malfunctions and you make poor judgement because your digital guages told you this that or the other

Get those of your truck and let your boss break em.. I would get a set of digi cools myself.Boss man has the fieldpiece sman3 and have held up so far... But he has also had the JB's, they lasted a few years and Mastercrafts, they lasted a few months of very light use.
Had my Digi Cools for over 5 years and still going strong. Just search them on here or you tube.

the Digimon was the first set I bought, still have them. had to send them back @ 2 years after started using them.
minor quirks, but so do the other sets of various mfg that I use.
if you don't even attempt to use them; how are you going to decide?
someones opinion on the web; that's always a sure fire winner.

How do they work the saturation points with R-4XX refrigerants that have glide? The ones I've seen show the same saturation temps on the high and low sides

Easy way to get rid of that pesky glide...
