Bad Condenser Fan Motor
Customer called me out for first time for look and see. Got there and then I saw. More of S FL wiring condenser fan motors. Someone failed to tell the lazy crack tech that the wires aren't rated for sunlight. Got myself a new customer. Thanks to all you crack tech HVAC pros out there.

I'm in Florida, does anyone know ur supposed to pull the drain plugs on the motor? Shotty work is makin my stomach hurt

Looks like that's about how they wired the motor on my AC too. Maybe I need to find a new guy for HVAC. It was raining though, so I'm not sure if he had other options.
He told me he does a lot of construction work, too. Tell-tale sign?

The real test of intelligence is when the motor can be mounted shaft up or down. 2 drain holes 1 drain plug
