Copeland 9RS3-0760-TFC compressor

Working on this compressor that has a combo pressure control with both cap tubes hooked to the compressor head. Can this be correct? Must be, its been in for 20+ years. Anyone know more about these ports. Any info would be great. Thanks.

One is high side, marked with an H in the head, and the other is low side.

Yep.

That head is split down the middle internally.
