Hoshizaki refrigerators?

Anyone bought, worked on or installed any of these boxes? Just want some honest opinions. We have bought two uprights, one 2 door ref. and a single door freezr. We are about to replace some other equipment and Hoshizaki is really lower in price.

We have mostly Victory, Randell, True and maybe a few other older models of various boxes.

We replaced a bunch of Delfield prep tables with Hoshi's for a national chain a couple years back. The controlers took some fine tuning after experiencing a couple freeze ups. The switch for the rails was behind the condenser access door which had slots on one side and magnets on the other. The doors didn't last long. We also had to order special brackets in the drawers for the pans to fit properly.

I have sold about 10 of the Hoshi coolers and freezers so far with no problems.

Things I like-
2 year parts and labor- good selling point.
Hi head pressure safety, who else has that?
Recessed door gasket cuts down on wear when pulling stock out.
Low energy usage- customers have told me they have seen a drop in their electric bill.

Things I don't like-
Door heater on freezer is not replaceable- there is a second heater installed you can hook up, but if that goes you are SOOL. I asked a factory tech about that, and he said by the time they both go, it's time for a new freezer anyway.
Doesn't use normal truck stock parts- all OEM Hoshi. But I guess that's the way the world is going.
