    Oh lord, I had an EPA universal before I walked out the door at my school with 0 field experience.

    After a few years of hard work and learning I'm finally where I would like to be in my career.

    On the bright side the customer will have all brand new parts, by the sounds of it a new condenser next lol. I just don't understand how people can just throw parts at stuff and not have the customer pissed off, If I were to misdiagnose something my customers wouldn't be so happy, plus they would have me change more parts for the fun of it.
