A for effort, and well executed
Just buy a timer or pull out disconnect, this looks too complicated and much harder than it needs to be.
You can't learn a thing with your mouth open.

Lable maker was worth more than the correct DPST Switch.. Bah!

I like it.....took some thought, and a willingness to execute properly! switch connector is a little crooked though.....I give it a 92%!!

are the switches rated for the most likely 30amp load?

no, they'd have a green backing for 30 amp. those are 20 amp switches.

Reminds me of the time I ran into one that they ran a new feed off a separate meter outside with disconnect outside and didn't feel the need to mark the panel or take out old breaker.

At least they labeled it with sense. Also they understand the concept of "2 pole". Other than that, FAIL!

I lived on a remote farm for a few years that had all sorts of stuff laying around. looks like something I would have done to avoid a 2 hour trip to town.
