All I can say is it's a sad day in America when any one's freedom is abridged but it is even sadder when its done by legislation. This should not be a partisan issue & to make it one only undermines the cause of any one fighting against it. On another note about the Republican party appealing to Hispanics. That's not where they lost the election. There are probably as many if not more working people voting Rep. than freeloaders voting Dem. It's the women that I think made the difference. Whether it was the stance on abortion or the birth control or health care I think they felt more threatened by the Reps than the Dems.

They did not vote... they sat on their self-righteouse high-horse and said nobody was good enough for MY vote (emphasis on how important MY vote is... as if that one vote is "on loan from god" as Rush would say).

IMO BHO did not win the race... it was lost by the GOP not knowing (or not wanting to) win.
