    Up In The Air About This Company

    Verizon Wireless. I get very good internet service with them, but their customer service is rather pathetic. I don't ask for perfection, but if it takes a half hour, at best, to talk to a live person......I'm not impressed. I really don't know if I would recommend this service to anyone because their bad qualities are about as active as their good.

    On the phone... Or in their 'store'? Both stink. After the sale, you are on your own when it comes to any of them.

    I had a Verizon phone a number of years ago. Horrible customer service. Would never go back because of the experience.
