Hi all I am new to this community and was not sure where to ask this question.

I have been doing EMS/BAS for High-rise residential apartment buildings for quite a while now. One of my customers has requested that I file for a rebate with the local gas supplier. So I got in contact with them and they supplied me with a list of some information they would like the majority of the information they requested was not a big issue except "Savings Calculations".

I have little idea where to start with this when talking about gas consumption reduction? If it was electrical and gas savings with VFD's on MUA or Higher Eff% boilers I would be golden. But how do I go about showing savings calculations for improved runtimes, set-points, overnight setbacks, etc.

Anyone who has filed for similar incentives or if you could get me going in the correct direction would be greatly appreciated.
