Does anyone have a link for a service manual I could download for a bakers aid roll-in heater proofer

I need information on how to replace blower fan motor. It is a prison package and they are telling me that only way to replace is to remove the tac welds. I can't find any service manuals, exploded views, nothing on this unit. I know Hobart made it, but they have no info on there website.

I have never worked on any prison package equipment, but surely there is a way to replace motor without messing with the tac welds.

Any information or input is appreciated.
