Why our Country is Going Down The Drain.

We live with this situation on a daily basis and see it all the time. We go to the grocery store and see thousands of tax dollars being piled high in 2 or 3 grocery buggies at a time and spent on very healthy people that are sitting at home reveling in sin and not working. I believe strongly in helping poor people, but what is happening with our tax dollars is not helping, but destroying! For those who don’t know it, we are HEAVILY taxed here in the USA. We'd much rather be sending that money to missionaries. We are well aware that there is an agenda to produce more couch potatoes (free loaders … leaches) so that eventually there can be a totalitarian ruling government with dependent subjects. We see it on a daily basis.
In this video the young man unashamedly expresses the way that millions in this country are living on a daily basis. The work ethic and personal responsibility were some of the many Christian values that were stripped from us, and soon there will be a collapse because of it.

I think 90% of the bleeding hearts fail to recognize that this is even worse than depicted in the video. I grew up super poor, and have had the "luxury" of seeing this in full blown mode. This is a mild case scenerio!

Americans allow people to pervert our history.
Americans refuse to learn what our Constitution means.
Americans refuse to treat Socialism as an enemy.
Americans like the idea of thinking they are smarter than people of the past.
Americans refuse to take responsibility for corrupt lawyers, judges, and politicians.
American refuse to aknowledge, Christianity is how out country became the best

I think it's the attempt to make everybody equal that has caused this country's downfall. The truth of the matter is we are not all equal, we are all different. We may be equal under god, we may be equal under the laws but we are all different.

On a lighter note we found out in seventh grade gym class that all men are not created equal.
I have my own little world. But it's OK...they know me here.

2 Chronicles 7:14: When on reads it... they realize it is more about being GUT level honest with oneself in front of God... ONLY then will God heal our land.

    Might be a while...

Typos notwithstanding. I was under the impression this country became great in part because individuals had freedom (through Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc.) to succeed or fail based on the individual's own merits, regardless of their belief (or lack thereof) in some religion.

Hell...we all speak of changing this country financially and bettering it in every way....but we as Americans can't even get the basics under wraps.

The US flag code, take a good look and drive through town....let me know how many poor, middle class, and rich people ignore flag code.....then tell me how many of these so called precious job creator huge corporations follow code.

We have lost a very important part of patriotism in this country, and if you wish to turn this place around.....don't start with the money....start at the core.

I think what is wrong with the country is what is wrong with the world... we think self is the highest power. Yeah, it sounds silly... yet lets think about it:

Whether we call it Christianity or Freedom, our country grew when folks believed in something bigger than themselves, and rallied around that belief. Then prosperity set in and folks became interested in only what $$$ (money) could buy them. But guess what... there is never enough. Ever do a service call at a HUGE house (like over 10K ft, pool, 10 cars, etc)... the folks who live there are literally crazy. They worry about the silliest things, and are always trying to skin someone. (Not all of them, but most of my rich customers are somewhat that way). And what is sad is: working folks WANT to be rich... yet they do not see what that 'love of money' does to people.

No, when believing in something bigger than myself was the goal... we prospered... now we have flunked the prosperity test.

Guess we will have to loose enough to find those 'bigger than $$$' values again.

My 2 cents; The further we've gotten away from God, the further we've gotten away from values, morals, and integrity, and the more self centered we've become.

The idea of we are all created equal has had the emphisis changed from being on the "created" to the being "equal". The fact is that when this country was founded we were all created equal and what we did after that was our decision. While we still have some choice of what we do we are largely limitied by what our government allows, which is sad.

Programs that are said to give a hand to those down troden are more a path to slavery than a helping hand. These programs are designed that oncel you get on it is very hard to get off.

At some point we reach a tipping point of no return, it may have already past, I don't know, sometimes it feels like that.

    Good post!

Regardless of what we used to believe (I strongly think the USA was a Christian nation in past history), we have devoluted (opposite of evolution) to a bunch of whiney narcissistic children.
