As far as My end goes annual CSD-1 and backflow testing and Cleaning of each boilers heat exchanger. Building maintenance must visually inspect once a month

Those 4" flues are fun. Did some on a triangle tube boiler.

Yeah the best part of the venting was dropping 35' of 4' sch 40 down the existing chimney 4 times to direct vent each unit. There was no place to sidewall vent.

Glad im not the only one that has used the existing chimney to run vent pipes out!

Yes one pump is for redundancy.
