Trane voyager troubles

I have a ych240a3h0ab. The unit is cycling on limit switch. I have 65 return 130 supply. This is in a church diffucult to get cfms. The gas at manifold -.02. I am going to clean evap coil. I did take duct apart and airflow seems ok. I may have to traverse. The heat exchanger looks ok. This unit is 20 years old. The inducer, ignitor and high limit were replaced. Does anyone know what the temp rise should be?? Any thoughts

I don't have the spec for temp rise, but it does sound to me as though you are on the right track looking at airflow...

I seem to find a lot of fire dampers tripped in church's. I would be looking at airflow as well.

I have serviced alot of churches over the years and also have commonly found airflow issues. Certain wings and rooms get closed off so that only the office area(s) which are occupied daily are left open in an attempt at economy. If you have a two stage gas on that unit you might want to disconnect the hi fire if you find this airflow situation.
