Configuring a KMC Building Controller with Bacstage

Does Bacstage have the necessary functionality to fully configure a KMC BAC-A1616BC Building Controller?

If I recall, Bacstage can read, compile and send control basic to the building controller, but is not able to configure inputs/outputs, bv's, av's, etc. However, I should be able to configure these through the Building Controller web interface, correct?

I am trying to eliminate the need to purchase the full Total Control package.

Publishing graphics to the building controller is not a requirement.
