Carrier corp. 58mca060 with Rheem .30" single port pressure switch, note tee to nowhere.

The one I was on had a .6 single port to the collector box. The tube from the tee was just tucked behind the switch. People amaze me.

Thought it looked familiar. PITA to work on. Carrier never puts the make or break specs on their P/S's.
Any tips or customized tools for getting the flame rod in and out when the intake is on the left and the pvc is butting up against a return or gas line?
Also, I'm thinking of carrying my gallo gun for a quick and easy way to blow out the lines and trap for Carrier 90's on PM's. See any issues with this?
I'm also hoping to be at the very end of my working days before all I am confronted with are 90 percenters. I awoke covered in sweat in the wee hours the other morning, having had a nightmare about a horizontal 90% in a tight attic, mounted a foot in the air with a drain pan sticking out 15" all around...

Had an issue with a Lennox G32 the exhaust fan had a mouse stuck in the fan wheel, never saw this in a condensing furnace. Found a nest in the exhaust pipe solidly made out of dog hair, smart SOB mouse, except not smart enough to stop before the big drop into the wheel of death.

I found a squirrel in an inducer housing once in a Bryant 80%. The look on the lady's face when I ripped it out with channel locks was priceless.

I had a trane 90 percenter the other day customer complaint wasn't heating as well as it used to. had a real lazy flame pulled intake pipe and found about 200 stinkbugs stuck to the inlet screen.

This POS sounded like 10 kids in a swimming pool when the inducer came on.
Had to take a shop vac up there to vac all the water out when we changed out the furnace.
Still had water everywhere.
Ain't it purdy?
