    Flame Rod for Lennox G16

    Hello,
I have a Lennox G16. when I pull out the burner (total of 3) for cleaning, I noticed there are two 20' metal rods attached over each of the burner by springs.
I found it is all warped and two are broken. It there any way I can purchase and replace them.

    Thank you!

    Good luck!
Just about everything for that furnace has been discontinued.
Check the heat exchanger at the dura curve, it's probably cracked.

Correction: call a competent HVAC co. To check it out.
Get a good carbon monoxide detector in the mean time.

Those are low NoX rods. They burn up easily, lucky to get near that long. Only thing can be done is replace the burners. Yes, the old Duracrack is probably hiding one!
