Supply goes into the crawl. As does return. No attic to work with. To do it over I would have put it in a closet centered in the house. Yeah I have a reverse bender attachment. I made all those bends in the garage, then shoved it outside and made my bend down the wall. No pics of the outside, It doesn't look bad just sits out too far from the house for my liking.

Thanks, it helps having access to a custom duct shop. Can pretty much make anything that will fit on a sheet of metal.

Bunch of custom stuff in the crawl. Actually a ton of ductwork in the crawl. I spent 3 1/2 days down there by myself hanging it all. Two 8x24 trunks and a 8x20. All metal. No flex or ductboard in this job.

I keep a ton of miscellaneous fasteners, clamps, straps, ect, on the truck. If you have the right piece for what your doing it makes it look that much better.

Kinda like that large pvc reducer the drain fits in.

Do you use mastic in careful caulk gun on all the seams?

Mastic in the crawl. Most every joint you see here, base to floor, fancoil to base, transition to fan coil, filter to transition, filter to duct has foam tape on it to seal it. A good slip and drive joint doesn't really leak much. Ill sometimes silicone the corners of some pieces if there are holes with some silver silicone. Got 1/8x1/2, 1/8x1 and 3/4x1 foam tape on the truck. Nice stuff, use alot of it.

Very nice work!! As a service tech, I appreciate seeing all the manuals left where they will do the next guy some good. We started installing a metal file box for all paperwork on the drop of our installs, seems like manuals tend to
" walk-off " when left laying around. H/O always puts them somewhere, then forgets where!! Again, very nice work.
