    does anyone know of a tech support # for techs that are having trouble in the field

    Have you tried your local equipment distributor?
    Perhaps you should have read the instructions before calling.

    Sounds like they need to attend a tech school or junior college with HVAC classes.

    An experienced tech having trouble with a particular unit should call his local dealer. Hopefully they will have a tech support person on staff.
