High efficiency Lennox
This was next door to a call I had a week ago. I would hate to work on this thing, and I have no idea how the sealtight passed inspection

I should be more clear, the side against the house is the service panel, Lennox wants something like 30 inches clearance

I guess that it doesn't get very cold in Phoenix....or doesn't stay very cold.
