Smile Are these guys Wayyy to high or ballpark?

I live in an older home with a huge 2000 SQ basement and my home is 2000 sq. feet. With that said, I had a contractor come over and determine that I need a COMPLETELY new system including all new ductwork (he said it had "bacteria" in it).

Here's what he said would do:

    1 5 ton heat Pump "13 SEER" R410-A System
1 5 ton Air Handler "13 SEER" Position "upfl"

Reconnect refrigerator lines 410-A, Drain Lines, Auxilliary drain pan with float switch, condensation pump.

NEW equipment base pad and DUCTWORk.

    Total: $

Does seem about right or am I getting ripped off? Also a 13 SEER unit is the "cheap" unit is it not? Thanks guys for any input!!
