How is that possible? I don't know any customer that would put up with "I don't know what's wrong with it" for that long. At this point maybe you should go buy every single part inside that furnace and swap them out one by one, because you don't have the basic diagnostic tools required or the trouble shooting skills. Then again maybe you should go back to being an electrician, pulling wires doesn't require as much ability to think.

I have done a ton of electrical work for electrical contractors and on the railroad (finally preparing for my license) and please, don't send a guy with an outlook like this back to the sparky ranks. They have enough problems already.

When you have spent a few years doing the work, should you make it that far, you will look back on that statement and literally cringe with embarrassment. No kidding.

The Food Stamp Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, is proud to be distributing the greatest amount of free meals and stamps EVER.
Meanwhile, the National Park Service, administered by the U.S. Department of the Interior, asks us to "Please Do Not Feed the Animals". Their stated reason for this policy "... the animals become dependent on handouts and will not learn to take care of themselves."

Unless it is truly the board, as it most certainly is sometimes, most flame rectification issues can be diagnosed and resolved in 15 minutes or less. Sometimes it is as simple as [NEED TO BE PRO TO SEE THIS]
This still smells DIY.
