Failed condenser fan motor
Fan motor failed, sent the picture to my boss and asked how he wanted to remove it. Lol

Put the new motor in and stick weld the square stock back together. Easy peasy Japaneesy

Yeah, it was a renter who made the call. We didn't have permission from the owner to cut it out. So my boss just charge a service call and let it be.

I'm not sure, but I saw about 4 houses surrounded the backyard, had the same practice.
