Replace the roll-out switch. This is a common problem with these units. You will read continuity, and 24V through the switch to the R.O. terminal, but it will not pass the proper current to operate the board.
I was that kid once. Now I replace it with every failed module.

I've always used the Honeywell with the continuous retry to prevent nuisance lockouts. Just needs a little rewiring.

I had a similar call with no ignition, and was told it was running motor due to venting failure. I am still waiting for final answer from my boss this week as they replaced venting on friday.
