    im working on a coleman furnace,i have 24va at transformers going into the board,and i have 24va at the thermostat terminal until i turn on the heat,votage at my thermostat terminals on the board drops down to 16va,the furnace will light up once,then the voltage drops again,i have already change the board.

    If you're a pro, register as such and post in the pro area. If you're not, you only have a few more parts to change out, as the board wasn't it.
    If everything was always done "by the book"....the book would never change.

    I don't think this guy beenthere is a pro I bet you don't have the answer to this one thats why you give him the DIY crap anyway check the voltage at the gas valve

    I could tell you whats wrong with your gas valve, but then your brain still wouldn't be thinking, and it needs some exercise.

    i'm not sure what this residential hvac site is about. "no diy", "pro have to register", can we all just get along?

    fjcool, there is a diference between 24va and 24vac. a 24va transformer is a bit small if you have humidifier (or other things) tied into it also.
