More great work in our buildings
Going through all the VAVs and FPBs in a space that a tenant just turned over because they were downsizing and a new tenant was moving in.
Guess it was too much work to replace the toggle switch so they figures a regular light switch would be ok. At least they taped up the terminals.
This one they just encased in the drywall guess we will have to open the drywall up to work on that one. Amazing every day I find some new crazy sh!t.

That second pic is hillarious!!! Where's the common sense? Oh, wait...it's on the other side of the wall.

I have a VAV just like that sitting in between walls in my building. Dumb. Now the damper is loose and i'm going to have to cut open ALOT of drywall to get to it.

The light switch "could" have been serviceable IF they would have wrapped it with Super 33 instead of masking tape. The unit in the wall cracked me up. I needed that laugh.
