I see a couple of reasonable fixes, he shuts it off or he is tossed off the job. Never worked for a company that allowed radios especially with headphones or ear pieces on a residential or commercial site. Had other contractors that could and nothing like hearing 3 different things at the same time.

Where i work we bring in a dewalt jobsite radio. Mainly for the use of the power bar on the side. But we always have the radio on at a low level and never anything profane. Depends on situation too for the most part we are away from the customer in their basement. I dont see an issue with this and have yet to have a customer complain or even seem remotley offended by it.

I wouldnt have a problem with some music on, but profanity in a home filled with customer and kids, no way. he is a moron. I would have stoped the job and told them to get out until they can work like professionals.

Reminds me of my bosses son, he would swear really loud (typical kid). I finally had to tell him everything he says travels up the ducts into the customers ear. Music is great at the right volume, death metal might not fly though lol

He had some show on one of the cable channels. He's some sort of auxiliary deputy sheriff, or something or other. He's not the lean mean karate machine he used to be.

Nothin like crankin out White Zombie during an install.
To put the world in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must cultivate our personal life; and to cultivate our personal life, we must first set our hearts right.
